If you’re pregnant right now, or hoping to be, you’re probably hearing advice from every direction — what to eat, what to avoid, what to buy, what to read, what to prepare. It can feel like the world expects you to become an expert overnight. But here’s the truth I want to share with you:
You don’t have to know everything.
You don’t have to do everything.
And you certainly don’t have to do it alone.
The nine months of pregnancy are powerful — not because you’re expected to be perfect, but because your body is doing something miraculous. These months create ripples that will support your baby’s future health, brain development, emotional resilience, and metabolism. But those ripples don’t come from pressure.
They come from nourishment — simple, steady, loving nourishment.

That’s why I created the Nourish Pregnancy Class, Building Baby Bite By Bite.
Not to overwhelm you.
Not to add more to your plate.
But to help you understand what actually matters… and to give you tools that feel doable, comforting, and empowering.
Over the past two years, this class has quietly supported many women and their families, and I'm deeply grateful for every mama and daddy who have allowed Nourish to be a part of their story. The changes they've shared using our Nourish method, biohacks, and recipes have provided them with more steady energy and greater confidence. What a gift to witness, and I hold that with humility and gratitude!

Why These Nine Months Matter
Science now shows what many grandmothers always knew:
a mother’s nourishment becomes a baby’s foundation.
During pregnancy, your body is building:
your baby’s brain
their tiny gut
their immune system
their metabolism
their emotional wiring
And the beautiful part?
Small, simple, strategic choices make a meaningful difference.
You don’t need a perfect diet.
You don’t need fancy supplements.
You don’t need to overhaul your life.
You just need clarity, encouragement, and a few gentle shifts that support both you and your baby.
This is exactly what we do in my Nourish Pregnancy Class offered in-person or online.
Two Simple Tips You Can Start Today!
1. Carbs need a companion: Pair your carbs with protein or healthy fat. This one shift helps steady your energy, calm nausea, and support your baby’s development.
Try:
apple + nut butter
berries + Greek yogurt
good quality toast + avocado
seed crackers + cheese
Small, steady nourishment is better than big, perfect meals.
2. Add one “building block” food each day.
Instead of focusing on what to avoid, focus on what to add.
Choose one:
eggs
wild-caught salmon
leafy greens
beans or lentils
nuts and seeds
These foods support your baby’s brain, gut, and long‑term health — and they’re easy to tuck into meals you already enjoy.
A Class Designed to Lift the Weight Off Your Shoulders
When you come to a Nourish class, you’ll find:
a warm, welcoming space
simple, science‑backed guidance
practical tips you can use the same day
encouragement for your heart, not just your plate
a community of women walking the same path
My goal is not to overwhelm you — it’s to help you feel confident, supported, and nourished from the inside out. You deserve that. Your baby deserves that.
And these nine months are a beautiful opportunity to care for both of you with gentleness and wisdom.
